So if I do this quest will I be able to kill Aerin'Dar in PoV to get normal access to HoH?

I think so--I did other side quests to get access to zones and had no problem doing the "normal", planar progression quests. Note that you do have to do the standard quest in order to keep progressing, this just lets you in quicker.

As far as i know how to get access to the different Zones of the Planes of Power you can gain only access to HoHb if you are successfull in 3 trials which take place in HoH.

This is an alternate access to HoH not HoHB. It's for xp only access to HoH. Such as the one for Tactics. It doesn't replace the need to kill the boss mob's for planar progress, it's just for xp only.

Just a question, when you say xp only, does it also mean loot? Just want to clarify this point
You get access to the plane, including xp, loot and all the ooc/shout spam you can eat. =)
