Common drop on Coirnav. Almost every Ragua dropped 2 and I collected 30 in one pass thru zone. Took longer to run to the zone-in and remember HOW to zone in than it took to gather 30. I'd reclassify this as a COMMON drop, IMO.

In a couple of hours spent camping the Regrua's on Redfeather Isle I got 2 crab claws, so definately not a source for mass farming, but something to look for if you're there anyhow.

First move up to the room where Hydrotha spawns. If he's up you gotta distract him because you want to get down in the tunnel behind him.
We were 3 there, druid cleric & warrior. Warrior pulled away Hydrotha to other side of room while the rest swimmed down in tunnel behind him.
The warrior's corpse ended up on a bad spot so the druid had to DA & drag his corpse back a bit, then cleric rezzed us up.
At end of this tunnel is a deep hole straight down, swim all way down and stay at the wall there. This is a safe camp. Two roaming reguras pass just outside, start by killing these.
There is some roaming regruas in the tunnels which you can easily single kill (regrua sentrys), and there is also two big rooms along the tunnels, with many regruas in them (defenders & guardians). One on east side, and one on west side. In the west room Krziik the Mighty spawns, so it might be best to avoid aswell.
The mobs in powater seems to generally have a very small aggro radius.
The regrua sentrys see invis, the regrua guardians & defenders dont.
Max hit for 1150 of what i saw on warrior, with all defensive AA's.
They have pretty high cold resist, fire nukes hit for max all the time.
The drop is very common, most mobs dropped 2 claws each. Respawn is 18m30 sec i think.
We focused on the east room, and sat up camp just outside it. One roamer is in this tunnel, keep track on its timer. The room has 7 or 8 regruas inside which all roams around a little bit, watch them roaming for a while till you can get one single out, we managed to break the room without pacifying.
In about 3 hours, we got 40 claws.
