You can't seem to fish off any of the docks in this zone. It just says "trying to catch a land shark?" There's a hole in the floor of The Hungry Shark bar, on the south central side of the zone that you have to fish from.
Just caught several of these in original Crushbone.

I just caught one of these while fishing in Morrell's Castle.
Also fishable in Pillars of Alra (in Veil of Alaris) from the shores of the huge lake in the zone.

The spot that you catch these things at is neg756 neg556. It is a fishing hole in the Shark Bar Pool which can be found in the southern part of the town. I found a safe spot in between the hole and the southern wall. Happy fishing :)
