Just looted one off the froglok repairer in sebilis. No vambraces, just these scales.

Dropped off of one of the paebla rats in dragon necropolis, ultra ultra rare. only found one of these after about 300 rat kills or so.

Thought I'd post here after seeing this item drop off a black reaver in CoM last night. By no means a common drop as we killed 200+ reavers this weekend and only had one drop. Anywho thats my 2cp.

Found on the different versions of the herbalists in Chardok Herbalist house. We were camping the Grand Herbalist for necro epic and also got: Dew Clover, Mist Povar, Flame Fenin, Rune Ellipse, Words Distress, Words Recall, Scales of Veeshan, Yaeths 91, yaeths 61, Bolts of Tallon, Runed Emblem, several other runes and words, a bunch of all sorts of Shaman Alchemy weeds and herbs, and the Etched Signet.

I have seen this drop twice on different giants during the 8th shawl walk. Seems to be random drop in Velious on sertain lvl mobs.
