I really appreciate when people take the time to actually explain how to get the enemies and not just post how much the item is or how cool it is or that they just got it. Thank you Linas
Better ratio than a monk's bare fists with epic (9/16), though just a tad slower. If you have your Celestial Fists and no better weapons, I would put the FoD in off-hand and use the Floating Bubble Fists of Doom in primary, to get the most out of your damage bonus. I'm curious as to how this stacks up to the Beastlord epic weapons, though. Anyone wish to comment? Oh, and yes, this is on my monk's wishlist.
hes suggesting to leave prim slot open to get damage bonus; which never really works. Its better to have a weapon with a nice ratio that can actually do damage. I'd say if you are a poor monk around lvl 60 make friends with a similiar lvl shaman and camp these and the fists of iron in tenebrous. just have to clear the named there 2 times and then heratius will spawn and drop something every time. stay away from valdonov after you kill heratius though; he has 1k lifetap proc that will ruin your day fast if you are not prepared.
That information has been there since the item was posted. The screenshot is no longer entirely accurate, as this is now a recommended lvl 50 item.
Serang Vikch is a rare Luggald in the room full of Luggalds (and only Luggalds) down the hall from the room where Ralo the Black (and on rare occasion Soqui the Forgotten) spawn.
Anyone can get to this room with standard invisibility without being attacked. This is how:
When you zone in to Hate's Fury you see a room with some Luggalds on the left, some Trolls and rats on the right, and sometimes a wandering Troll comes in and stands right in the middle of the room (on the very poorly placed succor location, which is also the graveyard. Yes, there is a graveyard in Hate's Fury! You'll need it.) There is a staircase going up across the room, and on the left side of the room there is a ladder going down.
You want to invis (standard), jump down the ladder. IMMEDIATELY turn 90 degrees left and go to the wall under the ladder where there is a rat. If you are not fast enough, an undead troll will see you and attack you, forcing you to run back up the ladder and out of the zone. If you are not spotted by the troll, go ahead and take a look around. An undead troll and a rat are on your side of the room. 4 Luggalds are on the other side of the room. There is a doorway next to the Troll. You can walk directly between the Troll and the Luggalds and remain undetected. Sometimes the luggalds see invis, which makes it tricky, but it can still be done.
Once through the doorway you are in a hallway. There is a Troll (sometimes undead, sometimes not) to your left, another room ahead of you, and a hallway to your right. Go down the hallway. Then you will have a room to your right where the troll 'weapon smith's spawn. To the left the hallway continues. Follow the hallway past a static rat spawn to the Luggald room where Serang Vikch spawns.
The room is like this:
''''''''''''''''''''<-- to Ralo the Black ''''''''''’’’’’'''''_____|'''’'''''|_____ '''''''’’’’’'''''''|'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''| '''''''’’’’’''’''''|''O'''''''''''''''''''''''''O''| ''''''''’’’’’''''''|'''''''''''''''''''''’'''''''''''''| ''''''''''’’’’’''''|'X''''''''''''''''''’''''''''O''| ________|'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''| |'O'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''O''''''''''''''''|_ |''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' |'O'''''''''''''''''''''O''''''''''''''O'''’'''''''_'--> to rat spawn |_______________________|
O=random Luggald spawn X=where Serang Vikch spawned for me after killing the Luggald that spawned there maybe 5 times. I've only seen him spawn once so I can't verify that this is where he always spawns. For all I know he's a random spawn anywhere in this room or anywhere on the ship, but I doubt that.
Hope this info helps.

EDIT: added 's to ascii map to preserve spacing. It's still screwed up. if you can see my retarded ascii map, then more power to ya. Otherwise, I think the rest of the description should be enough.
Also I forgot to mention that aggro through walls is very very bad in this zone. Never fight next to a wall that has stuff on the other side.
The information in Iinas's post is accurate, but let me add two additional facts:
1. The room where this mob spawns is the pump room. Occasionally, one or more of the mobs in this room will see invisible, so beware.
2. The named mob is immune to changes in run speed. I was able to aggro kite all of the other pump room mobs in the hallway leading toward Ralos the Black, but that is not an option with the named. I managed to kill him with pet tanking and nuking (65 necro with 160+ AAs), but it was a rough fight.
I think the Copper Hammer of Striking made the Entwood Mace look like crap compared to some of todays semi-uber Monk weapons, such as the WLK for example, which is still cool.
