600HP Heals?...put a couple of lvl 40+ Pallys or Warriors on him. That should do the trick.

Dropped from a Mutant Cohort , near the door to the temple, conned Db to my 55 druid , and green to my 65 shaman. Despite being green it resisted 3 spells. It was also healing itself for about 600 points each time.

One of these dropped in the castle. Not sure if it dropped off the mutant, it might have dropped off a luggald. Stuff in the castle seems to drop off everything at random, like the mammoth powder charm (Got 1 off a luggald, 1 off a troll, and 1 off a mutant all in the castle at the front door).
