Its a lot easier than you would think....I myself got 6 busted shackles in 30 to 45 min at lvl 5...and its even quicker at a higher lvl...heres what to do...go to swamp of no hope...and kill EVERYTHING in the newbie area...everything lower is a PH for the higher things....ie swamp leeches are PH for the giants...and same story with the mosquitos...and those seem to be a PH for the froglok tads...which are a PH for the skippers fishers escaped and escorts....i killed everything that moved at the newbie area and i saw many escaped frogloks....im told if youre lvl 7 or higher and go to the first island theres and even better chance of getting them too....people have to remember....things wont spawn if their ph are in the way!

I had an iksar back when Kunark just came out and I couldn't find a single one of those escapes. A few weeks ago, I started another iksar back up again, and ended up finding two escapes in less then an hour. They either incresed the spawn time, my luck was just really bad, or (most likely) there's less people in the Swamp then their used to be.
