The is the wrong item for Icewind. Seek ye the Glowing Zraxthril Amulet instead. Drops from Adherents - which gate so be careful.

Found this item in Nadox.
Tried to gave it to and he didn't want it.
Would have found strange a Rog/War/Mnk item for a ranger spell, but... Quests... Ya know... :D
But I still dunno what this item's for...

Not used for Icewind. A glowing Zraxthril amulet is what you're looking for. Drops off adherents in Nadox. It's a ranger only item, so it's not to hard to notice.
