What a bargain, I just bought mine on Tribunal for 50p. I thinks the trader made a mistake. 
Im fairly amazed at the low price on these. Im a druid and am more of a resist than AC kinda person for that class. I have my elder spirit arms for mana-free Dot, but I'll be putting these on in place of my elysian arms when Im not trade-skilling. Will not be surprised to see the price on these level out around 1,000-1,200 pp as they are some of the nicest mid-range droppable druid arms out there.
<Edit> BTW these are recommended level of 45 now.

Does anyone know how much this is worth? I got it off of a guild member for free, so I have no clue

I sold one in the bazaar this morning for 4k. Put my alt up over night and when I awoke it was sold as well as the Grobb Hide Cowl I had for sale for 4k also.

I paid 450p for mine on Bristlebane and I felt like I got a pretty good deal. Its a very nice item for a Beastlord or Monk.
