As per my posting on the whatever ring of empowerment. This item makes me want to vomit with rage. 1) Shouldn't it at least give you serpent sight if not ultravison (per it's name). 2) Since it doesn't do the afore mentioned I'd need to raze Blackburrow in order to calm my anger after looting this. Only when the walls of Blackburrow ran with the gore and entrails of those stupid gnolls would I feel apeased after this insult.
Before the anger management comments pour in, this is all tounge in cheek. After reading some of these posts I feel there are people out there that would really get high blood pressure over something like this.

LOL. I have to agree with you.
Considering the difficulty of this zone & the high lvl of the named mobs, there are some pretty crappy drops.
One wonders what SOE were thinking when they designed LoY. Some of the lousiest & most useless charms drop in LoY.
It seems this expansion was a rush job to get ppl to shut the f*ck up while they worked on the next expansion.
