I have a 19 druid. I am the EPITOME of untwinked. I am still in some leather. I am looking to solutions within my level to give me some boost. I currently have no earings on at all, this guy has some nice earings... hes dead. I am under 20 and 25 mana, or aiming even higher 50mana will be very nice. I am even currently in NK. I am worried about 2 things.

š How hard is he to find, I dont have tracking yet.

š The faction, how bad is it... and do I just kill like BB gnolls to get faction back?

I read the mail send by Wendallelf. It seems that our lieutenant isnīt too smart. But if he always kills himself, where does he spawn again and how long does it take for him to be renewed?
I am happy for any help!

Bye

he drops glasses. maybe hes smart enough.... maybe he is just BLIND if your not paying attention in NK stuff will eat you. So maybe he thinks griffins are kittys or somehting and goes up to pet them.

The reason why you hardly see him

This guy is really low level... When I ran in to him near the gypsy camp he was fighting a lion then charged a griffawn... I had to save him from getting killed by the griffawn... After which I waited till his health went back up and blasted to see what he dropped... 1 Fury of Air is all it took... He did drop this nice little newbie earring tho... If you want to catch this guy you will need to get him fast before he gets himself... (not very bright this one)...

Newbie item?
# Apr 15 2001 at 2:02 PM Rating: Decent
Newbie Earring? I've got INT coming out my, well you know where. I'd love to trade my INT earrings in for one of these. Newbies need INT, the rest of us need mana items. This is a far better high-level item then a newbie item.

Yah, MANA items are generally lower level items, until around lvl 40 or so.
Your mana = your level x (2+((your WIS or INT)x.2)), so a 3 WIS or INT earring gives you 3 mana at lvl 5, 15 mana at lvl 25, and 24 mana at lvl 40. It's funny to see so many people twinking their newbies with so much INT or WIS, not realizing how little it does for them.
Also keep in mind that mana is capped at 2500, unless you get a chanter buff to up the limit.

Not sure I follow your math ... at level 5, wouldn't a 3 int/wis ring give 13 mana?

mana = level x (2+[wis x .2])
mana = 5 x (2+[3 x .2])
mana = 5 x (2 + .6)
mana = 5 x 2.6 = 13

maybe I'm reading your formula wrong :)

Moron.... i hope that you are not playing a mage.
And if you are i dearly hope that i never group up with you.
Twit. The previous poster is right.
And INT item will add (Your current level)/5 X INT

So 3int will give you 25mana at level 42. Until then, it is better to go for mana items.

I saw him on Saryn Server yesterday around 10pm PST. He looks like a guard, and wanders the zone randomly kiling creatures. I saw him on the road right below the guard tower near Gypsy's.
