A Coordinate Label also drops from the Broken Skull Mystics that are in the "Fort and Temple" area.

Yes this is used in the Skyfall Seeker Quest in East Freeport but the info above says it is also used in "Used in 1 recipe.

Been fighting Pirates in Dulak port and found the Compass Notation and Map Lagend there, Will try Gunthak for the Coordinate Notations then

There's an NPC on the docks in East Freeport that needs this, Compass Annotations, and Legend, and gives you a container to combine them in.
I've yet to see the other two peices, though I'm guessing that uppon completion of this quest you receive a map of Gunthak (Already have it automaped out, unfortunatly) or some sort of trinket.
The NPC indicates to look around Gunthak and Dulak Harbor.. this peices drops in Gunthak on the MoBs around the fort.. the Compass annotations is listed as being in Dulak.. will have to do some random carnage to see where the Legend drops

If memory serves me, I believe "a compass notation" drops around the fort. I can't say for certain since I've spent a lot of time in Dulak recently but I'm prettu sure it was in Gunthak that I found the two peices.

After some poking around I found the compass notation off a troll guard in Dulak.. also found out that the legend has been found to drop in Nadox off the trolls there.
A friend of mine also told me the quest leads to a range slot item with 'True North' clickable effect, acts as a compass, and has decent stats, though he didn't indicate what the stats where exactly.
