Any Druid/Cleric/Shaman caught with this should be keel hauled! At this level you can get shields that give better stats with more WIS/mana.

Could be used to twink with, but I'd just use a CGS for the WIS/AC and forget about this. By the time resists matter, you should have better anyway.

I dunno.. I don't have a whole lot of money, and I found this for 10 plat in the bazaar for my cleric (level 39). It replaced my Velium Etched Stone Mace, and let me keep my Crustacean Shell Shield. If you can tell me something better than this that I could get about that cheap, or under 100 plat, I'd gladly agree.
