Just bought these from a trader on BB for 1.5k. Since the SCWB are 40 hp and 3lbs and sell for around 3-4k i think it was a great deal for a monk!
Next bracer i am going to get is the thurg bracer for the effect, and working on The iksar bracer Tynonium?
Ok hope this helps. I have been looking at the storm <something> line of armor and it is looking pretty sweet ) it is just really expensive.

Get Shackle of Tynnonium and a Hardened Clay Bracelet... its a much better combo. Its also what i personally use. HCB goes for around 700pp on Tarrew Marr, and Tynnonium is a long, hard quest, but well worth it with 12ac 10str 10sta and some other stats.

get 2 BoB , it's like a bracelet of might/fortitude combo with 12 MR each and 30 hp each..
