I kill ed last night 2/7/04. He was out on the porch to the left of the door. He hits harder than other assassins ( 115 at most ). I had some one spot healing me, so I'm not sure how I would of ended up health wise. He had the wiskers on him.
This is a common drop off Galikor Sevalin, in the High Seas Assassin tavern. (Not the Hungry Shark). Any of the high seas assassins can be placeholders for Galikor.

I can confirm who this drops off of. Was soloing this morning and ran into a very nice SK. Got this guy on track and asked her if she wanted to help me pull him out of the bar.
She pulled, got agroed by everything in the bar, ran to zone, I rooted him on his way back to the bar, she zoned back, we took him out.
Not very hard if you are clearing the bar anyway, we weren't.
This time, he was the guy in back laying on the bed asleep. Never seen him before so I can't say for any other spawn points.
Decent head gear.
