Haven't found this one yet, but the left half also drops in Kurns. Friend got it for me yesterday.
Although the majority of these I found in the Lake of Ill Omen off of goblins and in Kurn's Tower off of Scalebones, I had one drop in High Hold Pass last week while raising faction for my Troll Warrior. It dropped off of an Orc Conscript and judging by the other research components that dropped, it is probably on the loot table for the Medics, Warriors, Berserkers, and Shralok named MOBs as well.

Right half of page 26 dropped off a gorge hound in East Karana.
The picture is the wrong page. I only found the right page in East Cabilis from Klok Sass. Was able to buy only 1. My research skill was 16 and it failed pages 26 left and right. Pages did not exist in Grobb, nor Halas as some databases indicated.
