rechargable by placing armor peice and 1 class five mana battery in a toolbox. trivial - tinkering at skill of 16.

When does this gear finally proc is it at 45 like most kunark gear or does it work at level one

Ps does anyone know what the trival for recharge on this is in tinkering?

This item has an effect of grease Injection - when activated gives +40% movement.

my question - does this work indoors? Or does this follow the same restriction as Sow/Potions that it is only effective outdoors? Silly question but a valid one for increased movement indoors/dungeons is a powerful thing.

I gotta get my gnome's tinkering up!
