I looted the Minotaur Blood off of a Chasm Minotaur in the Gorge of King Xorbb. I was surprised to see such a high selling price at the vendor (over 3pp depending on CHA and faction), considering most blood is significantly less valuable.

Don't know if the Minotaur Horn drops off any other Minotaur, but the Horn and Blood dropped off same mob. He con'd blue to my lvl 15 Ran and was in the valley way back in the North end where the merchant is located.

I got these from minotaur slavers in Steamfont. I farmed minotaur slavers until they turned green and light blue (around level 15 for me). These bloods returned almost 4 pp to a gnome enchanter, and paid for my spells all the way up to level 20. (Yes, I had all of my level 20 spells at level 16, and I'm half way to level 19 on Povar.)

I wish I had known to save them for tempers, but live and learn...
