FYI for Smiths:
1 Rusty Mace + 1 Sharpening Stone = 1 Tarnished Mace.
1 Tarnished Mace + 1 Flask of Water = 1 Small Brick(s) of Ore.
I will pass on more recipes if I find any on other Rusty Weapons.
By the way, Tarnished weapons dont sell for more, but they have a smaller delay between attacks, at least on Stromm in Queynos.

Ok, you need a tank, a cleric and 1 supporting caster(druid/wizard/shaman/etc). Have the tank pull the decaying skeleton, then have the cleric heal/cast undead dd. Backup caster does additional damage/heals.
Id say 1/2 the time you can take them, the easiest seems to be decaying dwarf skeletons. Goes at the bazaar for about 1 copper.
I did this with a level 1 warrior, a 2 wizard, and a level 1 druid. Druid had to cast evac twice before we could take him.

their stats come out better then tarnished maces don't combine em with a sharpening stone theill go from a wait 0f 8 and become 19 as tarnished

Rusty weapons are often used by those new to smithing. Combine the rusty weapon with a sharpening stone in a forge to create a Tarnished weapon.
