dreshiq above this post said SE Tower (Wind) look up Erech Eyford you'll get the correct location got it in 1 hour, although I spent 11 hours where it was suppose to be below in bot started to notice after a good long time never saw a vind druid or prest(priest) as it was spelled wrong in Zam so took above posting's advice

The lack of commonness of this item is quite maddening. Cleared the entire tower and not a single one. Clearing the other towers I had Spheres rotting left and right.
Yes, this item is stupid-rare for a key that many wanted in the past. I have cleared the wind tower 3 times now including Aluffe and have not seen this drop yet.
