He is located in a bandit camp at loc -615, -680. He stands in front of one the tents with two other bandits at the front with him and Gundl in the rear. Gundl cons indifferent not dubiously like the others. They all coned yellow or even to my lvl 10 dwarf cleric.

if u mean with the pegleg crew He is not there, I also cannot find him so he must be a rare spawn or triggered ,,,,,,,,
