My guild camped in Dulak Harbor yesterday and both of the Words of The Psyche and Words of Burnishing dropped. We got 2 of Psyche and 3 of Burnishing, and they were found all over, on a boat, in the Armory, and in the Luggald Tunnels. So basically, camp somewhere and OOC for them while you hunt.
