The real worth of this bracer is that it is droppable. That means the guild that wins this can sell it to pay for expenses.

This dropped last night, and, of course, no one wanted it. So it went to the bank, to be sold.

This isn't bad if it's a common mob drop...if it's a boss drop, it's kinda week. But seriously...somebody will more than likely be in a raid that hits this tower who isn't 65 and fully decked out yet...some 63 druid who never bothered to upgrade from his Elysian wrist is gonna love this dropping.
