Made short work of this guy with the help of a level 28 Warrior. He droped the Dagger and some Plat.

THE imp isnt that hard for a grp with levels ranging from 30 to 35.... my grp has droped him many times.... always the dagger except once the eyepatch... i happen to win it in the roll to heh Yeah for me anyways he isnt that hard of a mob in my opinion.... btw im a 34 cleric well at this time i am anyways hehe

I spent 5 levels in mistmore graveyard and saw the imp familiar about 9 or 10 times. I got the dagger everytime but the one time when I got the eyepatch. He also drops ashroot which is used in posion making, but considering his rarety it is far more easy to obtain ashroot elsewere.
I have seen the imp spawn on the rear left spwan, that is the one cloestest to the reformed shadowman whose name I can't spell even when I remember it, and I have also seen him on the left spawn of the other paired spawn in the graveyard. I have not seen him on any other spawn location in the graveyard.
I have not seen him anywere else in MM excluding once when he greeted me as I zoned in. I'd assume someone trained him there.
It actually isnt a bad piece for a hybrid like a pally or a ranger. More so for a ranger, cause we need all the AC we can get. It is difficult to get a face piece with AC and half way decent stats. I still use it at 41, though I would seriously like to find a significant (the keyword there is significant!) improvement.

It does drop off the Imp Familiar, but in my experience, it is more rare than a 75% drop. Also, the Imp can spawn at any of the spawn points in the Graveyard.
