I had a Large Fire Beetle Sternite drop from a level 6 "a large fire beetle” in Toxxulia Forest.

this is not uncommon this is a very rare drop i didnt find it till lvl 20 after a week of campin in tox playing for 10 hours a day....

I would not consider this item a rare drop. Possibly, if you hunted for it in Tox it might be difficult, since the Large Fire Beetle itself does not pop that often in Tox, but it only took about 4 hours of hunting large fire beetles in E. Commons before one dropped the Sternite.
