All the ingredients for this can be bought in the first bar on the left as you enter Kaladim, as well as a brew barrel being right there in the bar. Easy way to jump to 142 brewing quickly and fairly cheaply. Especially if you're disciplined enough to sell all the successes back to the bartender as you buy more ingredients. Note: even with high faction and good charisma(105 for me at the time) you can't make a profit there though. Had a buncha drunk dwarves fighting goblins at the gates when I was done.
