There are a group of these just N of the Rivervale entrance. be careful - they are Dk Blue to a L5 Druid, and aggro. There are also some skels there which will aggro. The nearby merchants (in the hobbithouses) often have them, too.

I started a new character on the Stromm server. A halfling druid. It took 187 dead diseased rats to get 1 undamaged and 3 mossy rat pelts for this Initiate armor. I also had 4 stacks of the ruined mossy rat pelts. The extras I gave to those who were also sufferring the pain of the weird drop rate. I hope that if they fix the drop rate that it is in OUR favor, not the rats.
