No longer can be crafted on live or Phinigel. Recipies that require this item can all be crafted on live and Phinigel with all the same items listed on allakhazam minus this one. Tested 2/18/17

Ok so using the above recipe will no longer make this item?

Correct, using the above recipe is no longer combinable.
Did exactly what is said in the recipe, 1 scales, 1 temper, file and tannan hammer in tannan forge, cannot combine error popping up. Trying to make a set of farwater to try something out and getting stuck here.

FIGURED IT OUT!!!
Gotta combine chunk of ecian ice with povar temper and file to make ecian scales....combine ecian scale with another povar temper and file to make the chain jointing...the snake biles got nothing to do with it at all heh.

ive tryed everything for this combine all i come out with is ecian ice scales....i dont even know what thats for maybe theres some kind of sub combine?...any help would rock k thx~
