They are part of the Task - Bane of Orcs.
Step 4 of the task required you to loot (4) Orc Heads in Greater Faydark.
I'm not 100% sure but I think you can destry or use them for other quest once they're looted.

this also drops of the orc's in devastation.
I got two orc heads in the bank, anyone know where I can sell them?
