I can confirm got 2 to drop from Legionairre's - cleared the zone about 3 times.

When facing the castle entrance from the far side of the bridge, the lego that pops on right side dropped the tooth for me

This dropped for me off of an Orc Legionnaire today in Clan Crushbone.
I had killed the Trainer about a dozen times and hundreds of Centurions and got nothing, then I decided to kill a Legionnaire on the bridge in front of throne room to clear the PH and looted and it was there!

Can anyone confirm a drop rate on this item? I camped him for five spawns and got no tooth. Four out of five was nothing, and the last time were some gloves. Sadface.

i can confirm that it drops off of the Orc Trainer, Didnt see it drop off of anything else
I ran around and killed oodles of mobs in CB before reading the post here saying they got one off the orc trainer. Went, killed, looted. Thanks for the tip!

i finally found it when i looted someone elses kill after they moved on. it was on the ORC TRAINER of all places ! no wonder it took me so long! LOL

I am up to the Grandmaster book quest -- it isn't needed at any point for the quest or the combines. In short -- it is not involved with the Half Elf Cultural Armor (at least not from the Qeynos NPC).
