I have had very little luck getting these to drop. 99% of the Saplings drop nothing. No point in this being a new player quest when you can never get the bark to drop.
I have been keeping track of the drop rate on these. I have killed 59 Saplings and have gotten a whole THREE barks. that is almost a 20 kill per drop rate. I thought they were gonna FIX all the newbie armor quests. Used to be that the Pristine drakeling scales could be sold for almost 20pp each they were so rare, now you get one like every third kill and they drakelings are everywhere now. This seems to be one area that they have not as of yet attempted to fix. Aint it bad enough that a wood elf warrior can not even make a cultural armor?

I have been searching also and have never seen one. Is this broken or are they such a super rare drop that it's not worth it? By the time you've killed enough mobs looking for this stuff, you're well beyond levels 7-8.
Cmon Verant... ease up on the newbie quests a bit. If a high level druid cant find them with track after 3 days, how is a newbie going to get them?

I have been hunting these for like 3 days now and have yet to see one. i am now kos to these things and im only lvl8. are these like a super rare drop and if so why would sony make u need 5 of them for noob armor quest this sux.
