I found a Misty Thicket Twig yesterday and wonder if anyone knows what it's for.....?

I'm interested in where the Misty Thicket Twig came from - they are used in a Froggie Shaman quest given out by the Guildmaster in Innothule. Need 4 of those, plus 4 Faydark twigs (not seen them yet).
Any info appreciated.
