Two of the most common spots are between the non active druid circle and kelethin newbie lift, the other is around Felwithe and inparticular the Felwithe book. One always spawns at The NW corner of GFay too.

Ok people help me out... Where in the Heck do these sprouts spawn? And why in h*ll are the drop rates for sprout roots so confounded low?? yes.. I'm having difficulty getting 2 of these types of roots... :( Any assistance?
