The legs don't have a mana boost but the arms do. The arms do not have an HP boost. I guess if you get both the sleeves and the legs you get +50 mana and +60 hp
I dont understand why this doesn't get a direct mana boost, while for some reason the plate AND leather greaves get +50 mana... and +30 more hitpoints? Shamans and Rangers alike can use mana...

This is pretty good stuff as far as smithed armor goes. Rogues have gotten the shaft up until now, but if you wanna see real kickass stuff, look at the Farwater Scale Armor.
Yea, Farwater is very very nice. However, recommended 63 and i hear its a hassle to make due to the ingredients. The risk is very much worth the reward though on those pieces, but these Tae Ew armor pieces should be good enough to hold you off until you can even find someone able to make Farwater - if youre lvl 63+ too...
