Does anybody have any information about the bent spectacles? Who drops them? Where does he spawn? Is this part of a quest? Any information would be grateful as I am really in need of better face equipment than a cloth veil for my enchnater. Thank you to anyone who has some information.

This item drops from Lt. Midran in Northern Karana, can be found somwhere between Stone Bridge and the Inns in the northern part of the zone....bad faction though.
