Picked up a pair of these sleeves bout a month ago on Sol Ro sever for my necro very happy necro, nice upgrade from ornate sleeves imo. We were just finishing up Offassa and Groilon or however his named is spelled, druids saw on track, mob dropped in under a minute to our superior forces 8)

dude, you cannot even EQUIP these before level 65, and FT3 will work at any level, theyre an effect, not a proc.
