Was curious if anyone knows this. I know a higher haste buff will override, but do the icons themselves stack, allowing the sta buff to still get through, even though a higher haste is on at the time. I know my eyepatch and SoV icons stack, even though the haste isnt. Was wondering if it happened here also, allowing the 50 sta to add still. If so that would be pretty sweet, if not, i'll still want a pair hehe =)

This is spell haste, so it will be over ridden by any spell haste that is faster or programed to over write it.
It will then stack with Bard and Perm (Rage) haste.
