Dropped off Coutn Morin for me today...not sure how much to sell it for.

ive been camping the kin drop mobs almost all year the cap hasent droped yet but if your wondering it drops off the Count mobs by the ramp before the maze they are a 5 hour spawn time and it also has a chance at falling off Count Morin, they each have around 18,000 hps soloable by a 61 "260 int" mage on a full mana bar of fire bolts of tallon.

anyone know what this drops off of? I have a SS/TOV quest helm, and am ally to SS, but if I only have to kill one thing, not sure it will really matter, depending on what it is, cause the effect is pretty cool. :)
Depending on your class there are a multitude of ext. range 3 items out there. You say you're a halfling, I'm guessing druid...I'd suggest the supple scale armband that drops in hand room in Karnor's Castle. I know wen I used to exp there we would let them rot all the time. I didn't replace it until I was 65 either but I do have ext range 4 now so I finally trashed my bracer.
