Does this DS stack with the 8th/9th Coldain ring DS?

Got these shoulders last night, Does not Stack with Cloak of Icy Shadows
But does Stack with 10th Coldain Ring, So I assume it will stack with 8/9 ring.

According to Lucy it stacks with lots of other DS, including Coldain Ring.

The Puresteel mantle is the rarer drop off the 4th Island (the Phoenix Island) boss in Plane of Air. They are also 40ac now.
