I was on a MB pick-up raid yesterday, 66 people avg lvl 62 (pretty amazing for a pick-up raid) and was there just to up my charm and get tactic flag. It took about 2 hours 50 mins to get there and 5 mins to take him down, i almost died.
Anyways, i was on the north spider group just killing spiders and he dropped this. the guy said Pst if you want in on it so i sent a tell and told my group theres no way im gonnna win this.
So 13 people had sent a tell, he called out the people and there numbers and i was 2 so i was killing the spiders because i was bored waiting to be able to hail the gnome and he says Grats Elsquacho. I was amazed so i ran to the corpse looted it and was happy and being a 52 war people werent to happy about it. So I just ignored the hate tells and in 3 lvls ill be able to use it =).

Got one last night while getting more peeps flagged for tactics. Cost me 210 dkp, but she has good damage. only had it one night so far, but I think she's a nice piece.

Got one of these on my bard as a primary hand Melee weapon. And I must say the proc rate on it is the best I've seen in any weapon I've ever wielded. Maybe 4 or 5 times a fight per BoT / Tactics hp mobs. (I kid you not) Bard has about 210 unbuffed dex and as I said before, sits in primary hand.

Procs are so a MT can keep aggro. Bards already have enough chance of getting aggro as it is, it's silly for one of us to have this.

Ok, So I go on a pickup raid just wanting to get flagged. We pop the MB and this sweet hammer drops. Anyhow, people are all standing around the corpse and they begin rolling for the hammer, and I roll 97 (random 100) and people are congratulating me....however....the raid leader wasn't the one who said it was time to roll. So the Raid Leader says "ok everyone,,,,,/random 5000" so at that point, I'm just sick....I was sure I had won it!
So.....disgusted I rolled /ran 5000 and BOOM 4812..........I rolled the highest again and got this sweet hammer! Sometimes things are just meant to be......If you see me running round on Fennin Ro, this is what you'll be seeing in my main hand from now on unless Im plinking with archery and then I use my Stained Axe for the added ATK rating. La~
*update*** OMG OMG OMG, this hammer hits like a truck and as fast as a race car...unbelievable difference over anything i've ever used!
And after doing some checking, this weapon is around #20 on the list of best ration weapons (including PoTime) So I'm a pretty happy Ranger, hope ya'll get on of these too)

No you didn't Ansem. No weapon with 15damage could hit for 624, not even a crippler while using fellstrike or whatever other base weapon damage discipline.

I got one of these bad boys last night on a raid with the guild, no one else wanted the other one, since the guy dropped too. I was fighting some random monsters with only about 150 dex and it was proccing pretty often. A very nice weapon, not many others that cann compare with it for a bard or any others for that matter. Burning Rapier maybe...but other than that, i am very grateful for my guild letting me get this. =P

The only reason I even think about wis is when I am fletching. Otherwise AC/STA/Resists rule my thinking and of course the damage/delay on weapons.
No ranger would turn this weapon down unless he had better.

Hehe, I think the ONLY stat that matters in the High End People are:
Mana
HP
AC
Resists
Why?
By level 65-70, you pretty much have maxed your stats, or you should be close to (IMO), and stamina can't go beyond the 305 cap at 65 from what I know so far.
I believe though, and I am sure most War/Tanks will agree that HP rules over Stamina anytime, so HP would rule :D.
I think mana is good for casters, seen a lvl 49 Necro get 255 Int, and a Chanter get 255 Char *grin*
