This is an excellent items for Monks, Rogues and Warriors.
As the Imbue spells that Rangers, Paladins and Shadowknights get are not casteable on others, and do stack with the enchanter "boon" line, they are an excellent source of added damage, and as far as warriors go...added aggro.
At the moment I have the tanks in my guild work their little butts off daily to keep themselves stocked up on these for more important raids.
Although I would appreciate Verrant trading a few of my crap spells I never use for a group Call of Sky, Call of Fire and Jolting Blades buffs.

I'm not sure that's true. Druids can definitely use it (personally verified by me this morning) and they're not among the listed classes for this item, like Monks.

The spell icon of Boon of Garou and Draconic Rage will both show up in your Effects window, however only Boon of Garou will actually proc.
Paladin line stacks with Boon, but not with Imp. Dunno about SK spells..
