Why does this still show Bards? I did this with my Lvl 61 Max Ally Bard, got the potion, but it can't be used by Bards. What's up with that?

Is this proc stackable with other procs (like divine might)?

You can no longer use this if you are not one of the usable classes. I found out yesterday when I tried to use one I had rotting in the bank. I also noticed that the only melee classes that it's not usable by is Monk and Bard, but of course Berserker was added.

I am a lvl 55 druid and I can use the potions too, like I am gonna go melee! NOT. Good for faction though.

Bards can no longer use this item as of the last patch. We could before however. Stinking nerfing bastiches.

ok...say you all rdy have a procing weapon thats a DD of 100 if you have the rage potion effect the next time that weap procs will it be 165 or no?

If memory serves, everytime you swing you get a check on each proc seperately. I use these frequently with my wavecrasher and while I've never seen it proc at the same time I have had it double up, where I swung and proc'd Breath of the Sea and then proc'd the draconic rage onthe next swing. It is VERY nice, and I'm looking forward to putting an proc augmentation on the wave crasher.
The only time you will do 165 damage is if your weapon procs and the proc from the buff go off at the same time. One for 100 and one for 65.
This is an excellent items for Monks, Rogues and Warriors.
As the Imbue spells that Rangers, Paladins and Shadowknights get are not casteable on others, and do stack with the enchanter "boon" line, they are an excellent source of added damage, and as far as warriors go...added aggro.
At the moment I have the tanks in my guild work their little butts off daily to keep themselves stocked up on these for more important raids.
Although I would appreciate Verrant trading a few of my crap spells I never use for a group Call of Sky, Call of Fire and Jolting Blades buffs.

I'm not sure that's true. Druids can definitely use it (personally verified by me this morning) and they're not among the listed classes for this item, like Monks.
I'll bet anybody can use it.

The spell icon of Boon of Garou and Draconic Rage will both show up in your Effects window, however only Boon of Garou will actually proc.
Paladin line stacks with Boon, but not with Imp. Dunno about SK spells..

Ranger's Call of Fire spell in a bottle, basically
Except... no chance of interrupting spells (no stun component). That's an important part of the effect for rangers, but I like it as it doesn't add too much agro.

It adds a melee proc to you that lasts 10 minutes, and when it goess off it does 65 damage.
My druid was using this just last night, though it lists only other classes.
When I got it I used it and ran around EC trying to find something that I could melee long enough to get a proc who'd not kill me. I ended up beating on Kizden gix long enough for it to proc once. It was indeed 65 damage and said something about fire.
Its VERY long lasting, 10 minutes sounds about right. Any tank with the right faction can pile up on these with mercenary brooches. My druid gets 3 at a time and sadly destroys them, having no use.
I started at Amiable to cov, since then trying to do the merc captain quest and finally succeeding I am now ALLIED. I had to kill many merc place holders in the process.
