I completed this quest tonight using the No Drop "Siren's Hair" from the sirens in Cobalt Scar. I killed Sirens for days without ever seeing a tradeable hair, so finally decided to give it a shot with the No Drop kind (I'd seen 5 of them while I was hunting). It worked perfectly. I stuck to the Siren Enticers mainly as they were all green and light blue to me, and I very easily resisted their spells. The Seductresses had a bit more success landing spells on my 57 bard.

Does the no drop lock of siren hair drop only in SG or does it also drop in CS? I camped CS sirens for a couple of hours and the only hair that dropped was the no drop "siren hair" for the shawl quest. If this lock of hair only drops off the sirens in SG where are the located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it is tradeable, I had a guildie handle the pottery part yesterday.
