Tried Mortar and Pestle. Did not allow me to even hit combine. Used a mixing bowl and it worked. Mixing bowl is what is required.

Mortar and Pestle only works if you're a Rogue.

try a mixing bowl. Since the new tradeskill tool celestial essence (which used to be made ina mortar and pestal) is now made in a mixing bowl. Perhaps this is too. I have not tried it myself.

Before you start bashing someone for an old post, remeber that the informaiton you see now may have been updated substantially since it first appeared. It's possible this informaiton wasn't complete where that post was made.
