Drop is a lot more then Uncommon. Spent over 14 hours farming them and has yet to drop. I believe the rate was nerfed.

not really, if you hunt the right mobs you get one every 20 - 30 wrulons max, not common but really far from rare

Depend. Most mobs can be slowed so a group can take down most but agree it's not all easy unless you are a chanter like me =).
