/sigh Once again, some ignorant idiot decides to comment how much some piece of gear "sucks" because Omens has better gear...

While I do not deny Omens has better gear... Omens is also about 2 months old... The Planes of Power expansion is a few YEARS old.

Not to mention, if you happen to have access to Sol Ro Tower, Ornate drops pretty handily there.

And the most I've seen the greaves mold for... 30k? Tops. Now... quiet... twit.

Planes of Power isn't all that old, but your opinion is not flawed. But one should be aware of how far better this is over the POS newbie armour they haven't updated in the longest(Somewhere between never).

What I want to know is if casting this repeatly lke with the deepwater helm (pally helm casts daring buff) will it continue to heal me over and over? Sure it is only 150 hp but for 3 sec casting time it would make the invigorate spell on the old world BP's seem like junk (which they basically are anyway)

it says "Increase MAX Hitpoints by 150" meaning it's a BUFF not a heal!

This Buff stacks with Virtue, HoS and sta. (as said in post from the link of the spell).

Also should now stack with pally BSS!

Yea.. the cleric buff line that can be used for heals, has spell desc. that looks like this:

1: Increase AC by 4 (L7) to 6 (L14)
2: Increase Max Hitpoints by 42 (L7) to 105 (L70)
3: Increase HP when cast by 42 (L7) to 105 (L70

This spell (line) doesn't have that "Increase HP" step.

Wow cloak of acheva, another worthless spell affect, At best I can use the affect for a couple of lvls until I get the lvl 65 upgrade, other than that it doesnt even save me a spell slot, Not like I keep it memmed anyway. Cast it demem it and move on. Thanks to this fine effect, I dont have to waste the 10 secs in memming it for a couple of lvls .

That's assuming you get CLoak of Luclin, which can take a few GRW's, and it's useful at times for a quick, manaless buff. Especially as a junk buff for a raid.

Wow i was hoping these might be an upgrade to blood lords greaves, but it really looks like a step to the side..

pros on ornate + 9 ac + 4 str +7 fire + 7 poison + 30 mana + 5 hp + mostly useless click (gimme a click ill use damn it)

Impressive. After reading the quest, it seems like verant is making it so, that trade skills will continue to be intrical in getting good gear, as opposed to it being primarily off loots.

Such a shame tho, cause im at lvl 52, and retiring from EQ. These would have been pretty sweet to have.
