Itemjust an FYI you jerk... some people dont go to the planes very often, so are not literate of your "codes" and "names" of things. have a brain cell or two and realize that others are getting to the level of going to these zones and have not learned these yet. One of my Bestest friends is a 59 druid who has only been to PoN, PoT... so has not learned the "codes" you are using. its not that he is not level capable.. its that he has not had the yearning to be an UBER JACKARSE like you and snub people who are lower level and do not have an Uber guild to lean on to drag them through things, and let them leech off of them like you have. Sorry if this hits too close to home for you, but i am very annoyed at the people that dont take into consideration that everyone doesnt start out in thier 50s.. or start out in an uber guild to have them help them get anywhere.. i suppose its my kind and open heart.. or perhaps its the multiple brain cells i have working that put me above slamming others of lower level for no reason.
Thank you for putting in a post that just reminds me there are ars-holes out there with no regard for anyone but themselves.

This stuff drops in areas where you don't get to whatever level you are, if you have never spent some time how to progress in PoP planes.
People ask at every quest, at every item over and over again what a tier X plane is.
I must confess that it was lazy to answer it like that and finish with "you don't need to care if you don't understand that". BUT first he was right, if you got no idea about progression in planes, you won't see it within the next weeks. Second I can understand him that it gets tiring to explain the same over and over.
By the way it is not people who "start out in their 50s" who have fundamental knowledge, but people who don't focus on level, but look around what is going on and listen and learn.
So if you find next time a posting saying "don't care if you don't know", but you want to understand, than search. For instance the link on the left about Planes of Power wouldn't be a that bad way to start looking. Then you find out that it takes you a group to kill a dozen of mobs around 50 within 20s each to access tier 2 and two giants hitting for 2000 per round to get to the easiest plane where this stuff drops. That is nothing you will ever stumble into without very good research.
