there is only a 1% chance of them dropping off of any of the mobs.

These pearlescent shards are very rare and they seem to drop from any mob anywhere in the zone. I have seen them drop off a spermie near the zonein and I have seen them drop off named dragons near the VP entrance. All I can say is when you get discouraged or really frikkin bored, go do something lese for a while. I have gone almost a week without a drop and people generally announce shard drops in OOC (at least onn my server) so you know they still drop.

Despite what people say, noone lets these things rot. If there are 10 people in zone, about half of them are clerics looking for shards. Ihave even offered to buy a shard loot for a djarn ring, no takers.

You are just gonna have to sit there and kill these mobs until you get your 4 shards. Really frikkin boring but you had better believe that the Cleric Epic is easier than many other epics (especially since this seems to be the one epic that EVERYONE is willing to help you get).

If you can get a decent group together, the Guardian Wurms offer an exciting challenge with frequent spawning. You can get a lot of high end spell drops here (not anything like KEI but stuff people can use certainly).

Do these have more of a drop rate of specific mobs , in other words the higher lvl the mob the more possibility they will drop?

Just after turning in the item to Ragefire in SolB you head to Skyfire and speak to the warder at Rages spawn point. She says that you need to be hasty in collecting the 4 fragments that are random drops from around skyfire. Once collecting 4 of them you place them in a "box of bindings" The Box is given to you from Rage in SolB when you get your swirling pearl. You can also obtain it from the warder but not until you have your swirling pearl from Rage in SolB. When you combind the 4 fragemtns you get an assembled pearl. WT. 12.

You then give this assembled pearl to the warder at Rages spawn point. She then give you a seal and then depsawns. Rage spawns in human form Kill the SOB then Kill is Dragon form to loot a inpure heart of Raagefire. Take the seal and your swirling pearl and place them into the inpure heart of Ragefire to make the Real heart of Ragefire.

Take this back to Tim Deep and give it to Omat Vastsea. He comgratulates you and pretty much dreams of being you then gives you the Orb of Vapor. Take all 3 Orbs you have collected so far and run down to the beach just past the dwarf where Jhassad Oceanson is waiting. Give all 3 Orbs to him and he will give you the Orb of Trimvirate. The Avatar of Water will spawn and roam around for a bit. Wait until he gets Near Jhassad and give him the Trimvirate. Then PRESTO BADA BOOM BADA BANG! Your epic is complete!

I recomend Binding your self next to Jhassad and attacking him when your epic is complete. That way you can test your epic :) The best walk tough for the Epic I have found is at http://www.planeteq.com/clerics/cleric_epic.htm

If ya havent heard already these are the new way to get rage to spawn. These are all very rare random drops off of ANY MOB in skyfire. You need to get 4 of them cand combine them(not sure how yet) to complete the shard, then you give it to an NPC standing in front of the big dragon statue near rage's spawn point. Immediately after u hand in, the human rage spawns like usuall, kill him cuz he is a wuss and zordak (the dragon) ragefire spawns, the fight is a let down cuz he sucks so much. But then after that, Bam, cleric epic piece and warrior epic piece if ya lucky enough to get a scale. hope that helps.
