They stack with... none of those.
Run 3 is 33% if I am not mistaken. Jboots will speed you up a TEENY bit.
Won't even stick if Sow, SoE or other runspeed buff is cast.
Doesn't stack with selo's either, you get bard speed, not bard speed +.
You can cast when on horseback, but doesn't affect your speed until you dismount.

Ok, the reply I am responding to, is filtered out by the default filter, but the point is important enough that I want to address it anyway.
With Selo's AND Jboots, the ICONS stack, meaning you have both boot icons up on your screen at the same time. This can be a nice thing, if you happen to run too far from the bard, or lag, and selos drops. However, the EFFECTS do not stack. If you have selos on, and click the jboots, you DO NOT speed up, only the highest speed modifier applies. Its just like horses and sow. You can summon a horse, and have sow icon up, but the horse runs at its regular speed.

The above poster is correct. Speed enhancing songs or spells WILL NOT stack. However, their buff icons will sometimes give the impression that they do stack.
One interesting thing that I've noticed is that if I have SoE and a bard is playing Selos, I'll gain both the speed of Selos and the levitation of SoE. However, it is quite clear that the speed enhancements on both of these spells/songs are not stacking, as I notice no speed increase when I cast SoE on myself after I already have Selos.
Also, innate run speed AA's will NEVER stack with any speed enhancing song or spell and will always be overwritten, even if the spell that's overwriting will slow you down. For example, JBoots are slower than Run5, so if you cast JBoots on yourself and you have Run5 you will effectively slow down.
