Considering that post-60 there isn't really a INT cap problem (with max PoP AAs). INT + mana items are golden. No pun intended. This is a very nice item.

Actually this ring is rather nice, nice ac but the best part is the 12sta 65hp, not to mention the dex and mana. Sta/dex isn't exactly easy to raise for casters, this'll help a bit.
Though by the time you're hunting here most casters should have better/similar rings..

I dont see how its pathetic, even at the recommended level of 56, most casters should have already maxed their int, and the next best thing to go for would be hp. Also, for a ring, this offers pretty much everything there is to offer. in my opinion, not many casters would pass up one of these
Actually, the next best thing to go for would be +mana items, then resists, then HP (for a caster). At least, that's the way it usually goes (Necros can use hp just as much as mana, for exampe).
